ESTABLISH THE SALES ENGINEERING CENTER AND POSITION APPOINTMENT

Hanoi is entering the most beautiful Autumn days of the year, and at Thang Long TLE Group, August 8th, 2020, TLE solemnly held the Ceremony to hand over the Establishment Decision and appoint a number of important positions, to make Thang Long TLE Group more solid and stronger.

Attending the ceremony were President - General Director Le Minh Hung, Vice President - Deputy General Director Phan Ngoc Bien, members of Board of Members, the Directors & Deputy Director of the Center/Division and Representatives of related departments. The ceremony was held in accordance with the spirit of Announcement No.04/TB-BCĐ of Chairman of the Hanoi People's committee on the prevention and fighting against diseases Covid-19 (at session No.47 on August 5th,2020) and with online participation of Branch and representative office of Group.

1. Decision of establishment of Sales Engineering Center & Appointment of related positions.

1.1. Decision of establishment of Sales Engineering Center:

Formerly known as the Sales Engineering Section under the Sales Department since the company's inception in 2001.

By May 2004, the Sales Engineering Section was separated from the Sale Department and was established under the policy of Board of Directors at that time to perform the following tasks:

  • Surveying and designing elevator technical drawings.
  • Technical exchange and confirmation with Mitsubishi.
  • Consulting, technical support for business activities,
  • Assisting the Board of Directors in implementing business projects (Technical assistance, bidding documents…)

Performing the task of designing, consulting, and providing technical support for elevator business, members of the business administration department are regularly sent by the Group to attend general training courses and advanced specialized training in business technical expertise(Comprehensive/Advanced Sales Engineering Training) at the SEEC center in Singapore as well as being sent to seminars, conferences to introduce new products, expand sales of the company in Thailand and Japan.

In addition, Sales Engineering Deparment also conducted professional studies and coordinated with related units to organize seminars for business units. In addition, Sales Engineering Deparment also had meetings at TLE to work directly with representatives of the AMEC Factory to discuss how to improve the way of performing technical confirmation, ordering, meeting with EC on the process of implementing technical drawings to confirm that customers ensure the installation of ladder holes according to the company's standards,…

As a unit of basic technical instructions and training on elevators, Sales Engineering Deparment is considered the cradle of technical training for many business staff working in the business units of the group.

And on August 8th 2020, in order to better match the Group's new developmens, the Sales Engineering Center was born, on the basis of Sales Engineering Deparment of Thang Long TLE Group.

The Sales Engineering Center includes the following functional units:

  • Overseas Engineering Cooperation Department
  • Engineering Design Department
  • Project Sales Department
  • Administration Section

Sales Technical Centre is under the direct direction of Vice President - Deputy General Director Phan Ngoc Bien.

 

In keeping with the new development directions, the Sales Engineering Centre was established on the basis of the Sales Engineering Department

1.2. Appointment of relevant positions : Deputy Director of Sales Engineering Center; Overseas Engineering Cooperation Department Manager & Acting Manager of Engineering Design Department:

  • Appointing Mr.Vu Huy Hoang as Deputy Director of Sales Engineering Center cum Manager of Sales Project Department of Thang Long Elevator Group Co.,Ltd. for a term of 4 years from August 8th, 2020. Mr. Vu Huy Hoang is under the management and direction of Vice President - Deputy General Director Phan Ngoc Bien.

 

Mrs. Le Thi Quynh Mai - Marketing & Human Resources Director announced the decision on appointment of position to Mr. Vu Huy Hoang.  

 

President - General Director Mr.Le Minh Hung awarded the appointment decision to Mr.Vu Huy Hoang in the new position: Deputy Director of Sales Engineering Center.

Mr. Vu Huy Hoang shared his feelings when he was entrusted with a new responsibility by the Board of Directors.

  • Appointing Mr. Tran Trung Nghia as Manager of Overseas Engineering Cooperation Department under Sales Engineer Center for a term of 4 years from August 8th, 2020. Mr. Tran Trung Nghia is directly managed and operated by the Deputy Director of Sales Engineering Center.
  • Appointing Mr.Nguyen Van Duc as Acting Manager of Engineering Design Department under Sales Engineering Center for a term of 4 years from August 8th, 2020. Mr. Nguyen Van Duc is the directly managed by the Deputy Director of the Sales Engineering Center.

 

Mrs.Le Thi Quynh Mai – Marketing & Human Resources Director announced the decision on Appointment of positions to Mr.Tran Trung Nghia and Mr.Nguyen Van Duc

Vice President – Deputy General Director Mr.Phan Ngoc Bien handed the decision to appoint Mr.Tran Trung Nghia to hold the position of Manager of Overseas Engineering Cooperation Deparment & Mr.Nguyen Van Duc as Acting manager of Engineering Design Department of Sales Engineering Center.

 "This is the second time I have sweaty hands because I am too emotional. The first time was when taking the college entrance exam. I have entered TLE for 15 years and do not have a second curriculum vitae application. Here I have met enthusiastic people, they are my colleagues and friends". Sincere words from Mr.Tran Trung Nghia at the ceremony.

… and Mr.Nguyen Van Duc. Both of them promised to do their best to do better in the assigned task

2. Decision appointment of position: Ms.Nguyen Thi Huong holds the position of Deputy Director of Finance and Accounting Division, concurrently as Manager of Finance Department.

At this ceremony,  Mrs. Nguyen Thi Huong was appointed as Deputy Director of Finance and Accounting Division, concurrently as Manager of Finance Department of Thang Long TLE Group in term of 4 years.

Mrs. Le Thi Quynh Mai – Marketing & Human Resources Director announced the decision to appoint a new position for Mrs. Nguyen Thi Huong

Mrs. Nguyen Thi Huong is under the management of Finace Director and under the direct direction of the President - General Director of the Group in training and consulting with the Finance - Accounting Department of Member company of the Group.

Mr. Le Minh Hung - President - General Director awarded the decision Appointment of position: Deputy Director of Finance and Accounting Division cum Manager of Finance Deparment for Mrs. Nguyen Thi Huong. The President - General Director has highly appreciated the dedication of more than 16 years working at the Group and commented that Mrs. Nguyen Thi Huong has great merit in professionalizing the financial system of member companies in general and Thanh Thang Thang Long Company in individual.

 

Mrs. Nguyen Thi Huong expressed her gratitude to the Board of Directors of the Group for always trusting and assigning new responsibilities to her, along with that, she promised to better complete the assigned tasks.

3. Appoint Mr. Nguyen Trong Tuyen, Mr. Doan Duy Thuyen respectively to hold the positions: Manager of Construction Management Department and Manager of Technical Training Department.

  • Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Trong Tuyen holds the position of Manager of Construction Management Department for a term of 4 years from August 8th, 2020. Mr. Nguyen Trong Tuyen is under management of Director of Building System Center.
  • Mr. Doan Duy Thuyet is appointed as Manager of Technical Training Department under Quality Assurance & Maintenance Center for a term of 4 years from August 8th,2020. Mr. Doan Duy Thuyet is under the management of Director of Quality Assurance & Maintenance Center.

Deputy Chairman – Deputy General Director Phan Ngon Bien handed the decision to appoint Mr. Mr. Nguyen Trong Tuyen as Manager of Construction Management Department under Building System Center and Mr. Doan Duy Thuyet to hold the position of Manager of Technical Training Department of Quality Assurance & Maintenance Center.

…Mr. Doan Duy Thuyet was delighted and touched that he promised to make a small contribution to the overall success of the Group.

At the end the Ceremony, Vice President - Deputy General Director Phan Ngoc Bien said: "This appointment ceremony is right on a sunny day after long overcast rainy days, this is a good message for the development of the units and members appointed today"

Speaking at the ceremony, the newly appointed personnel this time all have the same mood, share the same emotion and determination to better complete the assigned tasks, contributing to the effort, to make the Thang Long TLE more solid and strong.
