With the objective of improving the capacity to deliver products and services in a professional and stable manner to meet customers' requirements at the highest level, TLE has recognized the importance of Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 and strongly determined to implement this system.

11 May, 2009, TLE became the first elevator company in Vietnam that was given the quality management system ISO 9001:2008 certification by Bureau Veritas Certification.

Not only effectively having maintained the Quality Management System in accordance with the ISO 9001:2008, TLE also has carried out improvements and changes in accordance with the development of a new business model. After that, TLE has been re-evaluated and its success has been certified by Bureau Veritas Certification in 2012, 2015 and 2018.
